Standard Delivery (normally delivered in 1-2 working days following despatch)
Delivery is free on all UK orders over £30
Orders under £30: between £1.35 and £3.45
We calculate the delivery charge for orders of £30 or less based on both the size and weight of the items ordered.
The delivery charge shown in the description for each product is the charge for ordering that item by itself, To check the delivery cost for multiple items, just add the items you want to order to your shopping cart (you can always remove them later if you change your mind), the delivery cost is shown towards the bottom of the Shopping Cart page. (This will never be more than £3.45)
Standard delivery orders are despatched either by first class post or 48 hour courier service.
Please note that deliveries to UK Islands (Isle of White, Jersey etc), Northern Ireland and parts of the Scottish Highlands may incur additional delivery charges if we are unable to deliver using Royal Mail. In this case we will contact you to discuss the options available.

Express Delivery (delivered next working day following despatch)
We are now able to ship a majority of items for next working day delivery. The cost of this service is dependent on the total size and weight of your order and ranges from £4.85 to £7.75.
To check if Express Delivery is available for your order, and to view the cost, simply add the items you want to order to your shopping cart, if Express Delivery is available this will be shown in the Shipping Options section towards the bottom of the shopping cart page.
Express Delivery orders placed before 2pm Monday - Friday are dispatched the same day using either a next day courier service or Royal Mail Special Delivery and will be delivered between 8:30am and 5:30pm the following working day (orders placed on Friday will be delivered on Monday)
Orders placed after 2pm on Friday will be dispatched the following Monday for delivery on Tuesday.
If delivery is not attempted by our couriers the following working day, please contact us and we will refund the difference between the Express and Standard delivery charge. (Refunds cannot be made if you are not home to receive the delivery or if incorrect or incomplete address details have been supplied)
Express Delivery is not available to the following areas:-

The Express Delivery option is not available for orders that contain certain excluded items and any items that are on back order or are despatched directly from the manufacturer. We also limit the amount of orders we accept each day for Express Delivery to help us ensure that we are able to despatch all orders within the published timescales. In these cases the Express Delivery option will not be shown on the shopping cart, but you can still expect orders placed for Standard delivery to be despatched within the timescale shown for that option.
Goods returned as undeliverable
In the event that the Royal Mail or our couriers return goods to us as undeliverable for reasons within your control, your order will be cancelled and a refund made less the actual original delivery cost and any return charges made by our carrier (please note than this may be more than the delivery charge made for your order)
