Find what you want to buy
If you know what you are looking for, enter the description (e.g Breadbin) in the 'Search' box at the top of the screen.
Alternatively you can browse out catalogue by category, by designer or by price using the menus on the hand side of each page.
When viewing a category list, clicking on the product description or the product picture on the left will show you further information about that product.
Add it to your shopping cart
When you've found a product you want to order simply click on the 'Add to Cart' button. This will place the item in your Shopping Cart
Your Shopping Cart is where you store the items you intend to buy, the contents of your shopping cart can be seen in the top right hand corner of the page. Clicking on the 'Cart Contents' link will show you a summary of what's in your cart, the available delivery costs and options and allow you to remove items and change the quantity of items ordered.
Checkout
When you've chosen all the items you wish to order click on the 'Checkout' button in the Cart Contents page or follow the link in the menu bar at the top right hand side.
Simply enter the information requested on each screen and click on 'continue'.
After you have entered your billing address, delivery address and payment details the 'Order Confirmation' screen will show you a summary of your order, please check the detail on this page carefully and if you're happy click on the 'confirm order' button
This completes your order with us; you will receive an email from us confirming your order details.
