| | How much do you charge for delivery? |
| Delivery is free on orders over £30, for orders of £30 and less the delivery charge is between £1.35 and £2.95 depending on the size and weight of the items ordered. You can check the delivery charge for your order by adding items to your shopping cart. |

| The estimated delivery time is shown on the product description. Please note that this is only an estimate, we will email you within 24 hours of your order being placed to let you know the estimated delivery date. If this should change for any reason we will contact you immediately to let you know. |

| Orders are either dispatched by courier or Royal Mail, depending on the size/value of the item.
Most items will require a signature, so we would ask that you provide an address where someone will be available to take delivery. |

| Yes, we are able to ship to any UK address. |

| | What happens if I'm not home when my order is delivered? |
| You will usually get a card posted through your door explaining how to arrange re-delivery or collect the items.
We would ask you to contact the delivery company as soon as possible to make arrangements to prevent your order being returned to us as undelivered. |

| | Can I ask for my delivery to be left in a safe place or with a neighbour if i'm not at home? |
| Please enter any delivery instructions in the comments box during the checkout and we will attach a sticker to your parcel with your instructions.
Please be aware that, depending on the delivery service used, the driver may require your signature and therefore may not be able to leave the item unattended or with a neighbour.
Please also be aware that neither us, nor the delivery company can be held responsible for items lost or damaged after delivery where your alternative delivery instructions have been followed. |

| On the whole Yes, however deliveries to UK Islands (Isle of White, Jersey etc), Northern Ireland and parts of the Scottish Highlands may incur additional delivery charges if we are unable to deliver using Royal Mail (e.g. Due to the size of the item). In this case we will contact you to discuss the delivery options available. |

| Probably not, some of our products are dispatched from stock, whereas others will be dispatched directly from the manufacturer/distributor. If you have ordered multiple items they may well arrive separately. If you are worried that your order is incomplete please contact us. |

| | My order is showing as having been despatched but it hasn't arrived yet, can I track it? |
| If your order has been sent by a next day courier service or Royal Mail Special Delivery then information on how to track your delivery should be shown on your order, items sent by Royal Mail cannot normally be tracked. |

| | Are you able to ship internationally? |
| Yes, as well as the UK, we're able to ship orders to the following EU countries: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, The Netherlands, Portugal, Spain and Sweden.
Please be aware that electrical items will be supplied with a standard UK plug, therefore you may need to purchase an adapter to use the item in your country.
Unfortunately we are not able to ship to countries other than those listed above.

Payment Authorised - Your order has been received and payment has been authorised.
Processing - We are currently dealing with your order.
Ready for dispatch - Your order has been packaged and is ready to be sent.
Dispatched - Your order has been sent.
Pending - We are waiting for some information from you to enable us to process your order.
3rd Party Dispatch - Your order is due to be disatched directly from the manufacturer or distributor
Cancelled - You order has been cancelled and will not be sent, before cancelling an order we would contact you to let you know the reason behind this and explain how we would refund any payment made. |

| Yes, EZ Trading Limited is obliged under the Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive to offer our customers free take-back of their WEEE on a like-for-like basis when they buy a new Electrical or Electronic product from us. For example, if a customer bought a new toaster from us we would accept their old toaster and prevent it going into a landfill site by disposing of it safely.
