We are now able to ship a majority of items for next working day delivery. The cost of this service is dependent on the total size and weight of your order and ranges from £4.99 to £7.99.
To check if Express Delivery is available for your order, and to view the cost, simply add the items you want to order to your shopping cart, if Express Delivery is available this will be shown in the Shipping Options section towards the bottom of the shopping cart page.
Express Delivery orders placed before 2pm Monday - Friday are dispatched the same day using either a next day courier service or Royal Mail Special Delivery and will be delivered between 8:30am and 5:30pm the following working day (orders placed on Friday will be delivered on Monday)
Orders placed after 2pm on Friday will be dispatched the following Monday for delivery on Tuesday.
If delivery is not attempted by our couriers the following working day, please contact us and we will refund the difference between the Express and Standard delivery charge. (Refunds cannot be made if you are not home to receive the delivery or if incorrect or incomplete address details have been supplied)
Express Delivery is not available to the following areas:-

The Express Delivery option is not available for orders that contain certain excluded items and any items that are on back order or are despatched directly from the manufacturer. We also limit the amount of orders we accept each day for Express Delivery to help us ensure that we are able to despatch all orders within the published timescales. In these cases the Express Delivery option will not be shown on the shopping cart, but you can still expect orders placed for Standard delivery to be despatched within the timescale shown for that option. |
